The academy's management revealed to THAI PBS Sport that the path to becoming a national team player is very difficult, making education an indispensable foundation. This is why the academy has partnered with Boonwattana 2 School, allowing 21 young people to study alongside rigorous football training. Because even if they don't achieve their dream of becoming professional footballers, the knowledge gained from the classroom will help them continue working in their beloved sport, whether as agents, coaches, physiotherapists, or sports scientists.
The team witnessed the daily lives of the boarding children, which went beyond soccer practice. They began and ended their days with prayers, meditation, and basic music lessons like guitar, fostering discipline and creativity simultaneously. The coaches consistently emphasized, "If you're not naturally talented but have a good attitude, we can develop your technical skills further. But if you're talented but have a bad attitude, nobody will want you."“
Currently, the children are cared for by Saith Chawjui, a former Iranian national team defender. They also have older players like "Bung" and "Tete" who have trained in Japan through the Thai-Japanese Foundation, providing full support for the dreams of rural youth. The academy management is also moving forward with the construction of a sports complex worth over 300 million baht, a comprehensive professional football training facility.
